TUBOMAT

The professional solution for hydraulic tubing

This mobile and flexible working center for tubes from 6 to 42 mm (resp. 6 to 48 mm) outside diameter passes all steps of hydraulic tubing with flying colors. From sawing over deburring, bending, cutting-ring assembling and flaring up to chamfering of the tube ends.

The TUBOMAT is designed extremely robust for flexible and mobile use even on jobsites, easy to operate and absolutely reliable.

TUBOBEND

Semi-automatic tube bending machines

At the semi-automatic tube bending machines of our TUBOBEND line the bending function is automated while tube feed and tube rotation have to be carried out manually (motor-support for the large machines available).

These machines are primarily used for single or small series production as well as for repair works on jobsites. Depending on the model, tubes up to 140 mm outside diameter can be processed.

CNC tube bending machines

The CNC controlled mandrel bending machines of the TUBOTRON line meet the highest demands on quality where design, performance and fabrication are concerned. They are extremely rugged and powerful and provide precise bending results with highest repeat accuracy.

The TUBOTRON machines are the perfect solution for serial production as well as for flexible single production of tube bending parts. Depending on the model, tubes and pipes with an outside diamter up to 170 mm can be bent economically and fully automated.

TUBOTRON VARIO

All-electric CNC tube bending machines

The machines of the TUBOTRON VARIO line represent the latest generation of all-electric tube bending machines and offer a variety of possibilities due to their modular design and several optional features.

The machines can be configured as right-hand bender, left-hand bender or right-and-left-hand bender with up to three tool levels for each direction. Combination of rotary-draw bending and freeform bending makes the TUBOTRON VARIO become first choice for series and mass production of complex tube shapes, as referred to automotive or aerospace components.

The multi-talents guarantee outmost bending precision and repeat accuracy. Operating the machine via SIMATIC Touch-PC with graphical user interface and menu-based user guidance is simple and comfortable.

TUBOFORM / TUBOGRAT / ...

Tube end processing & joining technology for hydraulics

The TUBOFORM devices are perfectly suited for tube end working (forming) on tubes up to 20 mm outside diameter. Clean internal and external deburring or chamfering of the tubes can be done by the machines of the TUBOGRAT line.

For safe assembling of cutting-rings (according to ISO 8434-1) or flaring of the tube ends (37°, 10°, ...) Tracto-Technik has developed the TRACTOPRESS and the VARIOMAT devices.

All these machines are mobile and flexible to use, even on jobsites.
