Marine Tubular Piles , Jetty Piling pipes, Dolphins
• Piling Pipes for Combi-Wall applications (To be used together with sheet piles)
C6 ,C9,E21,E22 interlocks & Clutches reinforcement rings, Rockd shoes WELDED ON.
Special coating & paint applications resistant to sea-water.(Glass-flake epoxy)
• Water steel pipes-lines, for Hydro-power stations.
Produced from custom heat resistance and hydro-compatible steel grades.
• Potable Water and Waste-water pipe-lines.
Line pipes outside 3 layers polyethylene, inside epoxy or polyurathene coated.
• Construction pipes for Solar Energy Fields.
Special Designed construction pipes qeuipped with hooks, supports or any alternative material up to request.

Production Method : Spirally Submerged Arc Welding and/or Electric Resistance Welding

Steel Grade : S355JR, S355J2H, S420, S460, GR.B, S275, to X70 Grade
Piling Equipment : C-6, C-9,E21, E22 Clutches, Sleeves(Reinforcement Rings), Interlocks, Rock Shoes, Bosses welding up to the request.
Length : From 4,00 meters to 46,00 meters in one unique length.
External Coating : Polyprophylene , Epoxy, Bitumen,Polyethylene, Coal-Tar, Surface Preparation, Hot-Dip Galvanising.
Internal Lining : Epoxy, Glass Flake, Cement Mortar
Pipe Ends : PE(Plain End), BE (Bevelled End), Spherical Spigot/Slip Joint, Spigot/Slip Joint.
Certified : ISO9001,OHSAS 18001:2007,ISO:14001:2004, (TUV-Rheinland CERTIFIED), “CE”.
