A. SCHULMAN ANNOUNCES THE EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT OF REGO-PLAST’S REGRANULATES
AKRON, Ohio, October xx, 2015 - A. Schulman, Inc. (Nasdaq: SHLM), a leading international supplier of high-performance plastic compounds, powders composites, and resins, today announced that it has concluded the exclusive distribution agreement with Rego-Plast for the world-wide distribution of its regranulates.
Under the agreement, A. Schulman will employ its sales and marketing expertise, and leverage the strength of its network to present and distribute the Rego-Plast’s product portfolio, which consists of recycled plastics for applications such as in automotive, E&E and small appliance.

Transition of the Rego-Plast portfolio to A. Schulman is scheduledd to take place as of the 1st of February 2016.
