BILWINCO - Weigh-Counting and Packing of Fasteners With Focus on Speed and Accuracy:

BILWINCO is exhibiting in Hall 15 Stand C26 at the WIRE Exhibition in Düssledorf 4th – 8th April.

BILWINCO is manufacturer of Weigh-Counting and Packing systems for fasteners. Our technology is based on our own multi head weighers, making BILWINCO systems the most accurate and fastest on the market.

On the stand BILWINCO will be showing 2 machines from our new series of Multi head weighers – the RW series. This new weigher offers significant improvements in reliability and operation.

All moving parts are now inside the body, which means that they are protected from a dusty environment.

The body of the weigher has been made smoother, which means that the risk of product retention is lower and therefore the risk of product mix is also reduced.

Operation of the BILWINCO has been made considerably easier, due to a new user interface which is presented on a user-friendly 15” touch screen.

The 2 machines on our stand will be:

1 off BILWINCO RW112 – 12-head machine which is our standard high speed weigher for small to medium sized products and portions.

1 off BILWINCO RW212 – 12-head machine which is without comparison the biggest and most robust Multi head weigher for fasteners on the market. A high speed solution for small to very big products and portions.
