AeroFlow expands precision tubing capabilities with acquisition of G&L Tube and Evans Alloys

AeroFlow Technologies, a producer of welded and seamless tubing and tube assemblies for aerospace and defence markets, has announced the acquisition of G&L Tube and Evans Alloys from O’Neal Industries.

G&L Tube is a leading manufacturer of small-diameter, thin-wall tubing made from stainless steel, nickel alloys, titanium and Monel®. With more than 40 years of experience, the company applies proprietary metal forming and seam welding technologies to serve blue-chip OEM and Tier-1 customers.

Evans Alloys brings complementary capabilities as a specialist in precision-welded large-diameter tubes, tube assemblies, cones and panels for demanding space and industrial applications. The company draws on over 50 years of experience in advanced metal processing.

By integrating the expertise of G&L Tube and Evans Alloys, AeroFlow significantly enhances its technical depth, production capacity and advanced materials offering. The combined capabilities position AeroFlow to support growing global demand for high-performance tubing and fabricated solutions across aerospace, defence, space and industrial markets.
