EWM Unveils Innovative React Welding Process for Enhanced Efficiency and Precision

EWM has launched its cutting-edge React welding process, featuring the Titan XQ R power source, an integrated RCC module, and the groundbreaking React unit (Reversing Actively Controlled Transfer).

This innovative process enables the welding wire to move swiftly towards the weld pool, where the arc generates a molten droplet. As the wire makes contact with the molten metal, the droplet enters the weld pool through a short circuit. Subsequently, the wire is retracted, and the arc is reignited at a minimal power setting.

This rapid current reduction, combined with precise mechanical wire movement, ensures spatter-free welding results. The remarkable process stability allows for high welding speeds while reducing heat input, thereby minimizing distortion in the final product.
