Elkhart Tri-Went Industrial expands tube processing capabilities

Elkhart Tri-Went Industrial (ETI), a manufacturer of precision tubing and metal fabrication solutions, has acquired Custom Tube Products, a specialist in tube bending and fabrication based in Edgewater, Florida. The acquisition is effective immediately.

With the acquisition, ETI is expanding both its production footprint and its technical capabilities in tube processing. Custom Tube Products brings additional expertise in advanced CNC tube bending, end forming and brazing. According to ETI, the combination will also enable the company to offer more advanced solutions and shorter turnaround times.

The expanded range of capabilities is aimed at customers in industries including automotive, aerospace, HVAC and industrial manufacturing. At the same time, ETI expects the acquisition to broaden its customer base and strengthen its position as a supplier of customized tubing and metal fabrication solutions.

“Custom Tube Products has built a strong reputation for craftsmanship, innovation, and customer service,” said Ken Robinson, CEO of Elkhart Tri-Went Industrial. He added that integrating the company’s expertise will allow ETI to further expand its offering while maintaining its existing quality standards.

Custom Tube Products’ operations in Edgewater, Florida, and Brevard, North Carolina, will continue under the Custom Tube Products name, providing continuity for existing customers and business partners.
