Europe has committed to significantly decarbonizing the heating sector, which remains the largest emitter of greenhouse gases. Through its energy division, Endralis, Elydan Group aims to take a leading role by offering innovative and sustainable solutions for the construction and civil engineering sectors to meet the challenges of the energy transition.
Three Strategic Acquisitions for Sustainable Growth
Geo Connect Energies (France): Specialized in the distribution of equipment for water and geothermal drilling, Geo Connect Energies will enable Elydan Group to expand its offering to include comprehensive solutions for geothermal energy capture and distribution (such as vertical probes). The integration of this company is expected to drive annual revenues in this segment beyond €5 million.
Flextra (Finland): Flextra specializes in geothermal systems and hot water distribution in buildings using pre-insulated flexible pipe systems. The acquisition will accelerate the Group’s presence in Finland and the Baltic states and expand its product portfolio with solutions tailored to the Nordic market. Flextra is expected to generate over €3 million in revenue in 2024.
Heat Up (Sweden): This rapidly growing company provides complete underfloor heating systems, sanitary hot and cold water distribution, and pre-insulated flexible pipe systems. Operating from three strategic locations in Sweden, Heat Up will leverage Elydan Group’s European distribution network to drive growth while integrating the Group’s geothermal solutions into its product portfolio. With annual revenues nearing €10 million, the company is well-positioned to continue its expansion.
Team Retention and Integration into the International Board
All three companies will become fully integrated subsidiaries of Elydan Group while retaining their current management teams. These leadership teams will join the Group’s international board and actively contribute to its ongoing development. Over 30 new employees will strengthen the Group’s presence in the Nordic region.
The synergies expected from these acquisitions will enable the Group, its subsidiaries, and its teams to offer a broader range of technical solutions to reseller and installation partners and to build new connections across Europe and internationally.
