BUTTING is strengthening its commitment to the North American market with a $61 million investment in a new production and headquarters site in Loxley, Baldwin County, Alabama. The site will serve as the regional headquarters and feature engineering capabilities and production of high-end spool and cryogenic piping systems.
The expansion will be implemented in two phases. The first phase focuses on establishing manufacturing for spools and cryogenic pipe systems. The second phase will introduce two state-of-the-art longitudinally welded pipe mills to broaden the product range within the US.
Adrian Rochofski, CEO & Managing Director of BUTTING USA, highlights the advantages of the location:
“Baldwin County offers exactly what we were looking for – quality of life, access to skilled labor, strong infrastructure, and a supportive business environment. We’re proud to call Loxley our North American home.”
Production is expected to begin in 2026. The investment reflects BUTTING’s long-term strategy to localize manufacturing, shorten supply chains, and grow its presence in key industrial markets across the US.
