Rhinox Launches State-of-the-Art Stainless Steel Tube Manufacturing Facility in Haryana

Rhinox has inaugurated a cutting-edge stainless steel tube manufacturing facility in Karnal, Haryana, marking a significant milestone in India’s advanced manufacturing landscape. Covering 11 hectares with nearly 300,000 square feet of operational space, the facility sets new benchmarks for precision, hygiene, and durability in piping systems.

Equipped with four advanced production units, the plant features a fully optimized stainless steel tube mill with a monthly output capacity of 400 tonnes of SS304 and SS316L tubes. All products meet stringent DIN, ASTM, and NB standards, ensuring worldwide acceptance.

The automated production lines employ tungsten inert gas autogenous welding with online bright annealing, resulting in stronger weld seams and superior surface finishes. To secure a reliable supply chain, Rhinox has formed long-term partnerships with leading suppliers including Jindal Stainless Steel, Outokumpu, and POSCO India, reinforcing its commitment to delivering precision-engineered high-pressure piping solutions.
