Not only tradesmen sometimes whistle while working, but also the new KELOX whistle fittings from Ke Kelit: if they have not been pressed, a loud acoustic whistle signal of up to 80 dB(A) sounds. When carrying out a pressure test with air, the installer can use this function to quickly and reliably check whether there are leaks due to unpressed connections. And if this is the case with the KELOX whistle fittings, it can be localised very quickly. Processing errors can therefore be rectified during the installation phase.
The flow-optimised design also ensures lower zeta values, pressure loss-optimised planning and savings on materials and energy. There is no need for calibration.
No chance for viruses in the pipe system
One of the key challenges in drinking water hygiene is maintaining the quality of the drinking water in the pipework. With Steelox, Ke Kelit provides a remedy. It is the first ÖVGW, ÖNORM & DIN CERTCO registered flexible stainless steel pipe system ‘Made in Austria’.
The flexible drinking water pipe system made of stainless steel up to d25mm scores highly thanks to its durability and the high-temperature-resistant materials stainless steel and Cuphin. Dangerous germs, bacteria and viruses must be avoided. As a high-temperature resistant system with operating temperatures of up to 80° C and peak temperatures of up to 100° C, Steelox fulfils these requirements.
