Dutch pipe distribution group Royal Van Leeuwen has acquired the worldwide business activities of Corrotherm International, a specialist supplier of high-quality seamless nickel alloy pipes, fittings and flanges.
Founded in 1992 and headquartered in Southampton, the UK-based company supplies materials to sectors including oil and gas and the petrochemical industry. The acquisition strengthens Van Leeuwen’s position in high-performance materials designed for corrosive and high-temperature environments.
As of January, Corrotherm’s business operations and assets—including its office, warehouse, inventory and specialist team in Amersfoort, the Netherlands—will be fully integrated into the Royal Van Leeuwen organisation. Amersfoort will serve as the operational hub for Corrotherm International’s global activities.
With this transaction, Van Leeuwen broadens both its product range and its pool of technical expertise, enabling the group to offer customers in the energy sector a more comprehensive and specialised materials portfolio.
