Corinth Pipeworks to acquire LSAW pipe mill in the UK

Corinth Pipeworks, the steel pipe division of Cenergy Holdings, has acquired an LSAW pipe manufacturing facility in Hartlepool, UK, through an asset purchase agreement with the administrators of Liberty Pipes (Hartlepool) Ltd. The transaction, valued at GBP 10 million, strengthens Corinth Pipeworks’ presence in the European large-diameter pipe market.
