Before a product can be filled, mixed or dosed, it is often necessary to remove it from its original container. For us, neither the size of the barrel nor its shape makes any difference here. We will make sure that you find just the right systems that are perfectly coordinated to your original pail and meet your exact requirements.

As an extension to our portfolio we developed an IBC emptying system based on the Endless-Piston-Principle. With our IBC prototype it is possible to remove pastes with a viscosity up to 1 Mio. mPas and even higher and with an empty rates up to 70l/min. with a residue in the IBC under 1%.

An intermediate bulk container (IBC) is a reusable industrial container designed for the transport and storage of bulk liquid and granulate substances (e.g. chemicals, food ingredients, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, etc.).

Intermediate bulk containers are stackable containers mounted on a pallet that are designed to be moved using a forklift or a pallet jack. Cube shaped IBCs give a particularly good utilization of storage capacity compared to palletized drums - one 275 gallon IBC is equivalent to five 55-US-gallon drums, and a 330 gallon IBC is equivalent to six 55 gallon drums.
