Thanks to a specialized, highly resistant rubber compound, the CONTI® CLEANJET - FDA can even handle corrosive chicken fat. The robust brand-name hose also reliably delivers hot water up to a temperature of 80°C and an operating pressure of 90 bar, which sets this high-quality universal hose apart from all other cleansing and food hoses available on the market.

Confirmed suitability for foodstuffs

This durable high-pressure hose meets the requirements of EC regulations 1935/2004 and 2023/2006 on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food, as well as the directives of the American Food and Drug Administration FDA (21 CFR 177.2600). This ensures that the taste or smell of the transported medium is not affected and that the bright, impervious, smooth NBR inner lining is suitable for foodstuffs.

As equipment used for transporting foodstuffs, hoses must be able to be cleaned and, in certain circumstances, disinfected or sterilized to an adequate degree. To ensure this, the CONTI® CLEANJET - FDA is steamable up to 6 bar and +164°C in an open system.

This ensures a long service life and offers major practical benefits and maximum operating safety, even under heavy load. With a pressure level of 90 bar, the highly flexible and grease-resistant brand-name hose, which is made in Germany, can handle the most diverse range of applications and uses in the food production industry. The brand-name hose is also available in a 10 bar version.
