We offer you a warm welcome with our up!date 02 for Tube 2024!

You can now secure your admission vouchers. The tickets bearing your hall and stand number give your guests free admission to Tube and will guide them directly to you.

Attention: Our opening hours have changed. Please note, in 2024 our fairs open daily from 10 – 18 o’clock.

IMPORTANT:

Don't forget to apply for your visa as soon as possible.

Due to the high number of visa requests, visa appointments are currently fully booked. We therefore recommend that you send your visa application well in advance for all your upcoming business travels to Germany. Visa applications can be sent up to six months ahead of the travel dates. The German Consulate is trying their best to honour all visa requests for business commuters travelling to shows in Germany.

As new appointments are opening up continuously, we recommend that you check the availability multiple times a day. The best chance to get an appointment slot is in the mornings.

Admission Vouchers

If you’d like to encourage customers and other interested parties to come to a decision, we suggest that you use our voucher codes and invite them to visit you at your trade fair stand. Wondering how it works? It’s very simple actually. You send them a digital voucher, and the recipient then picks up their e-ticket online, using the code.

PLEASE NOTE and inform your customers about the following changes:

• Admission vouchers can only be redeemed in the Tube online ticket shop. An on-site redemption will not be possible.

• Important: Don't forget your bus and train ticket (see below Düsseldorf Ticket).

The Düsseldorf Ticket from Rheinbahn and Messe Düsseldorf

For exhibitors and visitors, we offer a convenient and easy way to purchase a so-called Düsseldorf Ticket for travel by public transport in Düsseldorf. Free travel to and from the fair is not included in the admission tickets of Messe Düsseldorf.

The Düsseldorf-Ticket of Messe Düsseldorf and Rheinbahn is valid in the entire city of Düsseldorf and on the day of your visit the ticket entitles the holder to travel to and from the trade fair and also to an unlimited number of journeys within the city area until 3:00 a.m. on the following day.

You can purchase as many personalized tickets as you wish, for example for your stand personnel or other colleagues. Available are day tickets or a season ticket valid during the trade fair.

Please note that the Düsseldorf Ticket is valid in the entire Düsseldorf city area (price level A3). For trips beyond the city limits, we recommend the eezy ticket, available in the Rheinbahn App, or the other Rheinbahn ticket offers.

Advertising on the Exhibition Grounds

Place your message where everyone will see it, for example in entryways, footbridges or on an escalator handrail. Customers love to be surprised. And there is plenty of room for your ideas: on billboards, city light posters, paper towel dispensers and much more. It’s best to order now – the best spots are extremely popular. The order deadline is 18 March 2024.
