Today we would like to inform you about the supporting services such as stand staff and catering we provide so you have your hands free during the trade fair period. Please also attentively read the legal regulations – so you can take the necessary precautions in good time.

Further adjustments to the legal requirements for hygiene protection are expected from 2 April 2022.

Noticeable improvements in travel
wire and Tube in summer 2022 – world’s leading Düsseldorf trade fairs benefit from adjustments to travel and immigration requirements

For this reason we would like to inform you of the latest travel and entry guidelines from the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry – AUMA.
These will bring noticeable improvements for travel:
As a matter of principle, trade fair participants can travel to Germany from abroad. The German Government no longer categorises any country as a Covid risk region – this means that all former quarantine and registration requirements applying upon entering the country will also be lifted for trade fair visitors and exhibitors.

Catering
Sit back and relax: let local catering professionals deliver hot and cold supplies right to your stand. Upon request our experienced service partners would be happy to make you some catering suggestions and support you with information on the applicable hygiene regulations for handling and preparing food at your stand.
Incidentally, for your general daily needs in between times you will find a supermarket right on the grounds of the exhibition centre.

Staff
Attending to your visitors at the trade fair stand is what makes or breaks success. Guests are impressed by a friendly approach and a self-confident attitude. Find competent hostesses/ hosts and skilled service staff here.
Our service partners are exclusive provider of skilled staff specifically geared to your needs. And should you require assistance with assembly and dismantling please remember to register your requirements with us by 7 June.

To make your appearance at the trade fair a success, complex and timely preparations by all parties involved are needed – exhibitors, stand construction companies, service partners and last not least Messe Düsseldorf are challenged in the run-up to the event.

Do your part by ordering at an early stage thereby easing the logistics planning and organization for our service partners.

So be sure to order now:

Go for high-performance & safe access: book your wireless Internet access direct, only from Messe Düsseldorf. There is only one official WiFi supplier – our partner Deutsche Telekom. The new “Business-HOTSPOT” products offer you all possibilities. Please note: operating your own Access Points / WiFi routers at the Exhibition Centre is not permitted. Installation of this kind by exhibitors or third parties is not authorised by Messe Düsseldorf.
Optimum performance, of course, depends on your terminal. So make sure you get 5Ghz WiFi support when you purchase your device! For more information also watch our brief video.
