Please remember that a late charge of 35% will be assessed for orders for technical services received after 24 May 2022.

Digital Exhibitor Passes

Our exhibitor passes are now available digitally. The new passes offer many benefits to make your trade fair experience easier. You will automatically receive your free exhibitor voucher code by e-mail and distribute them to your employees. They can easily redeem the codes online. If the free codes are not enough, you can still buy exhibitor voucher codes in the online order system until the last day of the fair.

Important: Don't forget your bus and train ticket.
Free travel to and from events at the Düsseldorf venue by local public transport, which was previously included in the exhibitor passes, will no longer be possible since January 2022, a ticket must be purchased. For more information, visit www.messe-duesseldorf.com/arrival.

Press Service

Take advantage of unparalleled media presence: trade press from around the globe assembles at Tube. Make your products and services known with minimum effort and maximum effect. For example with a free service: post your press releases on the Tube Internet portal, allowing journalists access to your trade fair announcements for their pre-fair reports and articles.

New digital offer!

What do we offer you?

On site: The trade press stand

At the trade press stand you have the opportunity to display up to 300 free copies of your trade magazines. The Trade Press Stand will be supervised by Messe Düsseldorf personnel.

Digital: Our new online trade press stand

The online trade press stand is a new digital offer from Messe Düsseldorf. Participation enables you to expand the presence of your trade media on our online portal. And not only that, you can reach your readers even before the fair starts. The online trade press stand is online two weeks before the fair and still visible three months after the end of wire and Tube 2022.

In order to achieve the greatest possible awareness, the new online trade press stand is online on these pages: Exhibitor, Visitor and Press pages.

The application deadline for the Trade Press Stand (on site + online) is 10 June 2022.

Give your visitors your full attention: for the cleaning of your trade fair stand and daily refuse collection there are experienced service partners ready to take the work off your hands.

Waste / Disposal

It not only saves time – it also simplifies your pre-sorting: allow the experts to take care of your waste disposal. At the beginning of the trade fair, you will receive wastebasket liner sets in different colours that support effective waste separation. The service partners pick up your recyclables at least twice a day and every day after the trade fair closes. Order by 7 June.
