Welcome to up!date 07 for Tube 2024!

Welcome to the final stages of preparing for your trade fair – in just over five weeks’ time, you will be greeting your guests. We are therefore sharing a few more tips and deadlines today that are important for you.

Please note that a late-order surcharge of 35% will be applied to orders for technical services received after 18 March 2024.

Attention: Our opening hours have changed. Please note, that in 2024 our trade fairs will be open Monday to Thursday from 10 am to 6 pm and Friday from 10 am to 4 pm.

Admission Vouchers

If you’d like to encourage customers and other interested parties to come to a decision, we suggest that you use our voucher codes and invite them to visit you at your trade fair stand. Wondering how it works? It’s very simple actually. You send them a digital voucher, and the recipient then picks up their e-ticket online, using the code.

PLEASE NOTE and inform your customers about the following changes:

• Admission vouchers can only be redeemed in the Tube online ticket shop. An on-site redemption will not be possible.

• Important: Don't forget your bus and train ticket (see up!date 06 Düsseldorf Ticket).

Welcome to the After Business Chillout!

Would you like to start the evening in a relaxed atmosphere with your business partners and trade fair visitors with beer, non-alcoholic drinks and snacks? Then our After Business Chillout is the right place for you:

April 15 to 18, 2024
5.30 pm to 8.00 pm (Happy Hour daily from 6.00 pm to 7.00 pm)
Outdoor area, Food-Court, traffic circle

With its cozy atmosphere, the Food-Court also offers you an ideal setting for industry talks and a relaxed lunch break in the fresh air during the day.
