herkula produces the UV-curing inks in the 12 shades usual in the industry according to the specifications of the various telecoms companies (RAL, IEC, Munsell, Telstra etc.). As an additional differentiator the inks can also be equipped with luminescence.

RotoDecor - UV: UV-curable printing inks + lacquers

Following radiation curing printing inks and protective lacquers for plastic surfaces are availible:

individual colour shades or e.g. RAL-shades
ready to use inks or concentrates for setting individual shades
for all substrates like PVC, ABS ...
all inks can be modified regarding customers needsviscosity
curing and interlacing
applicable with all common printing devices (direct / offset gravure printing)
UV-curable lacquers:

Depending on requirements profile, physically curing inks are not adequately resistant to scratches, marks or household chemicals. To improve these properties the UV-curing protective lacquers herkula RotoDecor-UV are applied as matt or high gloss lacquers.

The company history of HERKULA goes back to the year 1894. The company´s place of origin is Krefeld (Germany).
