Bolt Part Former - BPF series

There are five to seven die station formers, which cover a wide variety of products.
Individual cassette-type transfer chucks (open-close chuck, 180 degree turn-and-across chuck, CS transfer chuck) give you the option to set up the best transfer configuration. We have the largest jumbo former in the industry with its 13,000kN forging capacity. Our formers are used for the production of automotive parts, construction bolts, etc. that are used in modern society today.

Part Former - PF series

The PF series’ formers were developed with a three to seven die station and are used for various purposes of production.
The three-station models can be used to preform blanks for subsequent cold or press forming. Recently, we developed a low profile configuration in which the machine’s center is set to a low level without a platform. This compact type also requires less work space.
Semi-hot and warm forming are available upon request.

Nut Former - NF-NP series

The NF/NP series is responsible for making nuts by using five-die stations.
At the sixth and final station, an inspection process can be integrated for pierced hole detection, and it has prevented quality parts from becoming mixed.
In addition, six or seven die stations have been produced in the NF series. They can produce hollow parts at a high speed, acting like a simplified parts former.
