RIPINOX®, the rust-resistant, cold-formed ripped bar, contributes essentially to the longevity of reinforced concrete structures such as bridges, docks and sewage treatment plants as well as cladding panels and parapets. Trouble-free RIPINOX® processing is possible on account of its excellent formability and weldability.

Range of application of RIPINOX®
The range of application is marked by its outstanding resistance to corrosion under atmospheric conditions even if condensation water and chlorides (e.g. in the vicinity of the sea) occur. Special materials can also be applied in case of increased corrosion resistance requirements (crevice corrosion, stress corrosion cracking and similar phenomena).

Rust-resistant concrete steels are suitable for welding and can thus be linked with each other but also with unalloyed steel. This is why they can be processed without any problem. Furthermore, they are characterised by an excellent formability so that they could also be applied where extensive deformation is to be expected.
