Manufacture of fine and superfine wires is a focal point of our production programme. Many years of development have resulted in a quality level acknowledged all over the world.
Wires of these ranges of diameters are mainly used for manufacturing metal cloths. Regardless of the application, i.e. whether in screen printing technology or for filtration of liquid or gaseous materials, our customers are always supplied with wires meeting the highest demands.
Our wires are characterised by constant mechanical properties, minimum dimensional tolerances and perfect surfaces.
Wires for redrawing are exclusively purchased from qualified suppliers. Perfect feedstock forms the basis for a consistently high quality. This is why the chemical composition of the various materials is systematically monitored by our laboratory.
STAMMCUT ® high-performance wire electrodes are characterized by a fine-structured and homogeneous wire surface and unique wire structure. These special features are achieved by innovative production procedures and one-of-a-kind wire alloys. The specific technical characteristics ensure a high cutting performance even under bad flushing conditions. The fine wire surface structure reduces the wear of the power supply contacts.
Heinrich Stamm GmbH is an independent, medium-sized, self-contained company. Since its foundation in 1815, it has been engaged in the manufacture of wire. During the past few years, a specialisation in fine and finest wires in various materials has been successful.
In close co-ordination with our customers, high-quality special wires are being produced to meet the expected demands. The continuous improvement of production plants, manufacturing processes and operational structure forms an integral part of our business philosophy. A customer-orientated way of working and acting of the whole staff guarantees a maximum of service to our partners.
