Metalltechnik Menges GmbH are specialized in the field of
non-cutting forming based on rotary swaging/hammer forming processes and radial forging for more than 30 years.
We are the only contract manufacturer to have consolidated 14 rotary swaging machines of all well-known European producers (Fritz Werner, GFM, Felss, HMP).
In August 2012 we entered into a technological cooperation with Messrs. GFM GmbH from Steyr/Austria, where we can process enqueries for contract manufacturing, pilot production and pilot lots on our new radial forging machines Type SKK-10 and SKK-10/R.
A third radial forging machine Type SKK-10/R with inductive heating was installed in November 2018.
All machines haven been designed for cold and warm forming.
We will be pleased to support you in rotary swaging/ radial forging and to produce for you forgings from proto types across pilot lots or run-out parts, up to serial parts.
