DIAMOND drawing stones (natural diamond)
To achieve a very high wire surface quality, natural diamond drawing stones must be used. We only process diamonds that are carefully selected by our experienced employees according to precisely defined quality criteria. To achieve the best possible roundness and long service life, the diamonds we use are always cut in 111 orientation. We offer natural diamond drawing stones in the range of 0.02 to 2.5 mm diameter.

PCD drawing stones (polycrystalline diamond)
Polycrystalline diamond is made from synthetic diamond powder and cobalt as a binder. PCD is available in various grit sizes, which is determined by the requirement of the material to be drawn. The service life of PCD is about 100 times that of carbide drawing dies and about 5 times that of diamond drawing dies. This makes PCD the most important drawing die material. We produce PCD drawing dies from 0.05 mm to 25 mm diameter.
